November ‘22 Winter Work

Hello Campers and Founders,

I am back in the US for the winter and am working with the Camp Chateau team on filling all our summer bunkrooms for next year and finalizing our Founder Member applications before our inaugural camp season. Everyone is excited to meet all of the wonderful women who have signed up already for next summer.

Would you like to get to know your fellow founders and campers? We have set up a private Facebook group - Camp Chateau Campers - for all confirmed founders and campers so that you can get to know each other, swap travel tips, look for travel buddies and start getting excited about next summer! If you are a founder or a confirmed camper and we have your email address, then you will be receiving an invitation. If you are not sure if we have your email, please send it to info@campchateau.com so that we can add you.

Meanwhile, back in Beduer, the property preparation is in full swing and we just got word that our 5 glamping tents are going to be approved. We have not decided on the final tent style, but we do know where they are going and that each of them will have two single beds, lights, rugs, storage space and that they will be a short walk from the pool house for showers and bathrooms. Perfect for our outdoorsy-but-keep-it-chic-please glampers.

For those of you who are in bunkrooms in the chateau, we have had the floorplans redrawn and our enjoying laying out the single bed configurations to make sure you all have a fun and comfortable bunkroom layout that maximizes your access to the incredible views.

I am getting wonderful updates from our groundsman, Vincent, including photos of his walnut harvest haul and the recently planted beds of lavender. You will be able to enjoy both of these at camp next summer. The walnuts are drying now and the lavender is putting down roots and will be well established by the time you arrive.

Of course, a single bed in one of our bunk rooms or glamping tents is also wonderful way for you to invest in yourself and meet wonderful women.
